Amy
I have always had sensitive skin and been prone to conditions like eczema and dermatitis. Many products marketed as suitable for sensitive skin still seemed to irritate mine rather than bring some much needed relief!
I have used my knowledge of nutritional therapy and the therapeutic use of plants to create a range of herbal based products. When I am not coaching my clients or making herbal skincare products, you will find me in in the garden, massively appreciating my sense of sight, touch and smell, then later taste when we are eating some home grown food.

I work with business owners who are looking to use and/or stock my products. This works really well in places like beauty and holistic salons, physiotherapy clinics, yoga studios, local farm shops and luxury bed and breakfast accommodation.
