You are in a group of likeminded Women who are in the same position as you and I will be there supporting and motivating you so that you get what you want out of the programme. There will be practical resources to help you such as delicious recipes and suggested shopping lists.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A positive, encouraging and supportive experience. Group programmes are good fun! The programmes are run online and vary in length but are usually between 2 and 8 weeks long. They take your life in to account! You do not need to follow a strict meal plan or put the rest of your life on hold.
