The products are hand made in small batches, so there can be small variations in the colour, texture or scent between two of the same products.
To get the best out of your products, refer to the information on the label or on our website for how to correctly store them, use them and their best before date.
None of the products are suitable for consumption and we do not use nuts or nut oils in the products. We have a manufacturing policy which is followed when products are made to reduce the risk of any allergen contamination, however, the products are made in an environment where at other times, there is the presence and use of nuts and other allergenic ingredients.

Rebranding and/or selling on of the products is not permitted unless we have a written business to business agreement in place.

Items are hand made in small batches, so please allow 2-4 working days for orders to be dispatched plus the delivery time.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If a product that you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will make contact with you and offer a suitable alternative or arrange a refund.

We currently only deliver to United Kingdom mainland.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail tracked 48 for £3.50 or Royal Mail tracked 24 for £4.95. Select the option you require at the checkout. In your delivery confirmation email, you will receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online. Any delays will be notified by email.
In order to be as sustainable as possible, pre used/recycled outer packaging may be used but only if it does not impact on the quality or safety of the products.
In the event of postal strikes or other circumstances beyond our control, we will arrange for your items to be sent using a different courier.
During busy periods such as the lead up to Christmas and Mother’s Day, the website will state the final dates that orders can be received in order to ensure that the items reach you in time.
Delivery is free for orders over £50 and will be sent by Royal Mail tracked 48.
