See your skin in a whole new light: The inside out wellness hour

If you’ve ever struggled with adult acne, rosacea, eczema, dry skin or hormonal skin changes, you’ll know how frustrating skin problems can be. While skincare products play a part in supporting the skin topically, healthy skin often starts from within.

That’s why I’m excited to introduce the inside out wellness hour, a series of monthly online skin health sessions designed to help you understand your skin at a deeper level.

As a skin health nutritionist and natural skincare creator, i help my clients with their skin by joining up all the dots between nutrition, gut health, hormones, stress and skin health.

Why skin problems often start internally

Your skin is not separate from the rest of your body. In fact, it often reflects what’s happening internally. Common skin concerns such as adult acne, rosacea, eczema, dry or sensitive skin, hormonal skin changes and inflammatory skin conditions like psoriasis, can all be influenced by factors such as:

  • Diet and nutrient intake

  • Hormonal balance

  • Gut health

  • Stress levels

  • Lifestyle habits

  • The skincare products you use

Understanding these connections can transform the way you approach your skin.

How nutrition and lifestyle helped me with my skin

My passion for skin health is deeply personal.

For years I struggled with adult acne, rosacea and eczema. Like many people, I tried countless products and quick fixes with little lasting success.

It wasn’t until I trained as a Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach that I began to understand the real drivers behind my skin issues. By addressing the internal causes, my skin began to change. That experience inspired me to create Naturally Grown Health, where I combine nutrition, lifestyle guidance and handcrafted natural skincare to help women support their skin in a gentle and sustainable way.

What Makes The Inside Out Wellness Hour Different

Many skincare approaches focus only on what you put on your skin. This approach looks at the whole picture.

During these sessions we explore topics such as:

The connection between nutrition and skin health

How gut health affects the skin

The role of hormones in adult skin problems

How stress and lifestyle impact inflammation and breakouts

Simple ways to support your skin naturally

Rather than restrictive diets or complicated routines, we will focus on practical changes that fit into real life.

A Supportive Space to Understand Your Skin

The Inside Out Wellness Hour is designed to be a supportive, informative session where you can begin to see your skin differently.

Whether you are:

  • dealing with a persistent skin condition

  • experiencing midlife or hormonal skin changes

  • or simply want to improve your skin naturally

these clinics will give you insight, guidance and practical tools.

Hi, I'm Amy Woodcock and i help women and their families with their skin through my online clinics, as well as working locally with clients in Worcestershire, UK.

When women come and talk to me about their skin problems it's never just about the discomfort the irritation, the itching that keeps him awake at night. That all plays a part but it's more about the impact that it has on them and their life and how having a visible  skin problem or skin condition really impacts your confidence and self esteem.

That's why I am passionate about helping women and their families get back in control of their skin without having to use steroid creams, antibiotics and other harsh treatments

We do this combining nutritional therapy, which supports the body internally

with gentle, plant based skincare that I create myself. This inside and out approach gives my clients long term results so they can forget about it and get on with their life
