Choose from two gentle yet effective cleansers:

-Rosemary for its purifying and balancing properties. Great for skin that is prone to oiliness and acne, including hormonal and cystic acne.

-Oat & Plantain for calming and soothing sensitive skin. Great for skin that is prone to irritation, sensitivity and dryness.

These are oil based cleansers so they are effective at removing make up but will not make your skin oily.

Rose face toner

Hydrate , freshen and tone your face and neck with this beautiful scented toner made from Roses.

Use after your cleanser, to improve absorption of your serum and moisturiser.

A restorative Lavender and Chamomile eye pillow

Find some moments of calm with this soothing eye pillow, filled with a botanical blend of Lavender and chamomile. The relaxing and comforting scent of the dried herbs and essential oils, combined with the gentle weight on your eyes will help your mind and body to relax.

The eye pillow comes with velcro so that if needed they can be emptied and washed (by hand).

Rose and Chamomile relax balm (30g)

Infused with Rose and Chamomile, this intensely nourishing balm melts into the skin, delivering hydration and comfort while easing away stress. Its beautiful scent makes it ideal for calming and soothing the mind and body. Chamomile is also a great skin calmer.

Use it on your temples, pulse points or massage in to the feet whenever you need to reset or relax. Use it on areas of your skin (including your face) that need to be soothed.

A perfect way to unwind before going to bed or find a moment of calm during a busy day.

Cleanser type

Quantity

Face cream

Unlike most face creams, it has no added water. Packed full of plant oils and butters in concentrated amounts, it is rich and moisturising but without feeling thick and heavy. A little goes a very long way!

Scoop out a tiny amount (less than a pea size) and rub it in to your face really well. It can also be used on your neck. For external use only. Avoid the eye area.

Serum

Use on a cleansed and dry face. Can be used before or after your moisturiser twice a day. Use the pipette to release two drops of the serum on to your hand and gently pat in to the skin. Avoid the eye area. Suitable for use on the neck as well.

Cleanser

Pour a pea size amount on to your hands and gently rub the cleanser in to your skin. Always use upward strokes on your neck. Remove with a clean, wet flannel or face cloth. Pat your skin dry and then apply your serum and face moisturiser.

Rose and Chamomile Balm

Take a pea size amount and gently massage in to the skin. Areas that will support you to relax are the temples on the face, the pulse points on the wrists and the feet. Breathe in the scent with some long, slow breaths.

This is also ideal for soothing areas of skin on the face or body that need some extra TLC (for example, dry areas, sore areas and to encourage scar healing).

Relaxing eye pillow

Get comfortable- either sitting or lying down. Rub the pillow between your hands to activate the scent, close your eyes and place the pillow over your eyes. Take some long, slow breaths.
